Fabulous Maxi Irish Show Cob

Meet Oak the Cob – 16hh 4yr Old. This guy is stupendous in every respect. Built like a tank as you can see from the pictures. Loads of bone and a tail that would put most girls extensions to shame!! Lovely genuine quiet attitude to life. Totally unflappable as you can see in the pictures, our friend trained his hawk to sync with him and land on him. Oak didn’t even bat an eyelid. Still a little green on the arena side of things, flatwork needs a little refining but he is very trainable and nothing a few weeks schooling wouldn’t sort out. Really willing mind that wants to do his best for you. Great in traffic and in open spaces, never gets silly or stupid. Very few of these old type irish cobs are left so this is a great opportunity to get your hands on such a well put together guy that will take you out for hours of fun. With a little work over the next few months being taken out and about to different training sessions and lessons this guy will have a lot to offer someone. Will be fab for somebody that wanted a hack/low level riding club/Hunting. No doubt he will be even better at putting a smile on your face as he is just simply the most lovable guy. Will also do super in the show ring as these heavy weight cobs are hard to find and this guy is simply stunning! Really smart boy who has arm chair paces. If someone spent the next month getting him fit and feeding him up with a little schooling over a few solid fences you would have a cracking days hunting on him.
