Rooney is a bay gelding, who is very eye catching, he has a very nice step to all 3 paces. Rooney is bombproof hacking alone and in company. Has been to the beach on several occasions and loves a good blast across the sand. Also been to the Forest where nothing phased him! Rooney is a hunting/xc machine really loves it, he is very brave and will take on any fence. He will jump around a 80 track with potential to move up the classes. He has done hunter trials, unaffiliated showjumping and hunted a full season. Will make a lovely Riding Club/All-Rounder. Still a little green with his flatwork, nothing a few months school work wouldn’t rectify. Great project for someone looking to go and have fun whilst bringing on a safe young horse. Rooney is very well mannered and nice to work around in the stable and gets on well with all horses. Easy to shoe, clip, load etc. Has recently had his back and teeth checked. Ready to go out and enjoy the summer with a new owner. Rooney can be forward although he is always safe, but for this reason he would not suit a nervous novice. Rooney appreciates a nice gentle rider as do most horses! Doesn’t buck or rear just likes to get on with his job. Located in Co.Derry. Transport can easily be arranged worldwide.
