Joey is a fully registered Irish draught 11 year old gelding, is 16.3hh and is snaffle mouthed. Does not get strong or hot.
He has five seasons hunting done with Ballymacads, Leitrim Harriers and Countryside Drag Hunt. Happy to be up the front or at the back. Joey has a great stride to cross over country at ease while taking hedges, banks, drains and wire in his stride.
Fantastic cross-country horse.
Has been ridden by numerous different riders of all different levels and takes it well within his stride. Very mannerly to deal with both on the ground and under saddle. Not bargy in any way.
A real sensible horse and a joy to be around. Really is a lovely boy to be around.
For sale through no fault of his own due to health reasons.
