Samson is an 8yr Old 16.2hh Irish Sport Horse. He has a full green book. Lovely easy ride with a gorgeous nature. Really is a complete sweetheart. Has been there and got the t-shirt. Competed in Eventing, Showjumping and low level dressage. Hunted all this season. Very well schooled on the flat with lovely transitions. Has been jumping around 1.10m consistently and has plenty of scope to move up to 1.20m. Rides nicely in to a fence. Easy to adjust and won’t hit the breaks if you get it wrong. Hunts in a snaffle and has often been hunted in a hackamore. Stands patiently and waits for a fence. In no ways silly or difficult. Hacks alone and in company, great in traffic. Used to farm machinery and animal. Is currently ridden by a 5’3 lady who is under 8 stone and she never finds him strong or difficult. Stands like a saint to be mounted. Easy to do everything with both in the stable and under saddle. Great to shoe, clip, catch, load etc. Perfect for someone that has no help around the yard, this guy is the perfect gentlemen. Samson is in work and fit and ready to go. If you are looking for a horse to go out and compete on for the coming season this is the guy for you. Whether it be Riding Club, Eventing, Showjumping or Dressage he won’t let you down. Lovely honest horse that is only for sale due to the owners work commitments. Good home essential as this is a heart breaking sale for his current mummy. Used to being ridden quietly with soft and still hands so if you ride like this you will adore him.
