Superb 17hh 8yr Old Lightweight Showhunter / Top All-rounder

Ted is a fabulous 8yr Old gelding standing at 17hh. Really nice big lad with beautiful paces. Nicely schooled on the flat works in a nice frame and is responsive off your leg. Nice blood horse believed to be by Hermes de Reve but this isn’t recorded on his book. Has hunted 3 seasons so not a lot of x-country fences this guy hasn’t seen, brave into a fence and is careful to get you out of any tight situations. Mannerly to hunt. Happy to go anywhere in the field and looks simply stunning when plaited up. Real head turner. Has competed in training shows up to 90/1m. Rides around a course in a nice rhythm. Has scope for more but this was never the current owners interest.
Hacks alone or in company and is good in traffic.
No lumps or bumps, would do fantastic in the showing ring. Nice uphill horse with a refined head and big paces to take the judges eye. Ideal show hunter/working hunter. Could go on and do anything, plenty of talent for all spheres or just as easily continue in the hunt field whilst doing Riding-club throughout the summer. Very versatile horse that is well worth a look. Very mannerly to everything with, good to box, shoe, clip etc
Located in Ireland and we can of course collect you from the airport and take you to the yard to view and drop you back again.
