8yr old 16.1/2hh mare by the famous Iroko. Massive untapped potential. Broken as a 4yr old and then bred a foal. Has been used for light hacking for the last two years due to owners busy work schedule. Now on the market. Back in work a few weeks and is ready to be produced on. Fantastic winter project to produce for next season. Amazing bloodlines that is sure to shine through. Real prospect for someone to get an absolute bargain that has all the breeding and talent to take you right to the top. This mare if produced for competition since a 4yr Old would have had a considerable price tag, amazing opportunity to get your hands on this breeding for a fraction of her true value. Complete saint in the stable, nicest girl to have in the yard. Stands all day to be brushed and fussed about. Hacks alone or in company and is good in traffic. Sensible to go for a canter in open spaces. Works nicely in the school on the basics. Is relatively green due to lack of education. Needs to learn to work through from behind into your hand. Has enjoyed the few jumping sessions we have had. Hasn’t attempted to stop or run out, nicely takes you to a fence. Not a lot of jumping done due to her coming back into work from such a long period of time idol (she was hacked perhaps once a month when the owner had time!). Great to shoe, catch etc. Doesn’t need lunging after a day off, no badness in her.
I would buy this lady for myself if I had spare time on my hands to produce for next season. However, I simply don’t so we are selling on behalf of her owner. Looking for a competent and confident rider to produce this mare correctly giving her the best chance to go on and excel in any sphere. Will be a super competition mare or a superlative All-Rounder.
